For personalised or custom-made products, we are generally unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless the item is faulty, damaged or we have made an error.

For non-personalised products purchased online, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it and then return the item within a further 14 days, subject to the item being returned in an appropriate condition and any applicable legal exceptions.

We take care to ensure your order reaches you in good condition. If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible using the details on the Contact page. Where appropriate, we may ask for photos of the issue so we can investigate.
