Dispatch & Personalisation
Each VEIYRA piece is made or prepared to order. Personalised orders are usually dispatched within approximately 1–3 working days. This is a dispatch estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. If a product has a different preparation time, this will be shown on its product page.
UK Delivery
Free standard UK delivery is included on VEIYRA orders. Royal Mail Tracked 24 may be available for an additional charge. It is not currently offered at checkout, so please contact us before placing your order and we’ll confirm availability, cost and arrangements. Tracked 24 aims for delivery on the next working day after dispatch, but delivery is not guaranteed. Upgrading your postage does not shorten our 1–3 working-day preparation time.
Delivery Details
Delivery times begin after dispatch and may be affected by the carrier or circumstances outside VEIYRA’s control. Please check that your delivery address is complete and accurate before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact VEIYRA as soon as possible through the Contact page; changes may not be possible once an order has been dispatched. If your parcel is delayed, damaged or appears to be missing, contact us with your order details so we can look into it.
