Bespoke & Made-to-Order Selections
Most VEIYRA pieces are personalised or custom-made to the details you provide. These items cannot usually be returned or refunded simply because you change your mind. Please check all names, dates, photographs and wording carefully before ordering. If you need to request a change or cancellation, contact VEIYRA as soon as possible. Once production has started, changes or cancellation may not be possible.
Standard Items
For any non-personalised standard item purchased online, you may tell us within 14 days of receiving it that you wish to cancel. You then have a further 14 days to return the item. Please contact VEIYRA through the Contact page before sending anything back so return instructions can be provided. Refunds for eligible standard items are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect or not as described, contact VEIYRA as soon as possible through the Contact page and include your order number plus clear photographs where helpful. We will review the issue and offer the appropriate resolution, such as a replacement, repair or refund. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights.
