As each personalised VEIYRA piece is made specifically for you, personalised or engraved items cannot normally be returned or exchanged simply because you have changed your mind.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or there is an error with your personalisation, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photos where possible, so we can help put things right.

Non-personalised items can be cancelled within 14 days of delivery, as set out in our full Returns & Refunds Policy. This does not affect your statutory rights.
