Personalised Couples Photo Keyring – Home Is Wherever I’m With You

As each personalised VEIYRA piece is made specifically for you, personalised or engraved items cannot normally be returned or exchanged simply because you have changed your mind.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or there is an error with your personalisation, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photos where possible, so we can help put things right.

Non-personalised items can be cancelled within 14 days of delivery, as set out in our full Returns & Refunds Policy. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please check all names, dates, wording and personalisation details carefully before placing your order.

Orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 1–3 working days.

Free standard UK delivery is included with every order.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 may be available for an additional charge. It isn’t offered at checkout, so please contact us before placing your order and we’ll confirm availability and cost. Tracked 24 aims for next-working-day delivery after dispatch but isn’t guaranteed, and upgrading doesn’t shorten our preparation time.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive confirmation along with any available tracking details.

For personalised items, please check all engraving details carefully before placing your order, as production begins using the information provided.
